Wear plate
ABRA-FACE®

ABRA-FACE® plates provide a durable solution for demanding industrial environments where abrasion and high temperatures pose significant challenges.

These composite plates combine a robust steel substrate with a chrome carbide or complex carbide coating, ensuring exceptional wear resistance.

Available in three variants (63, 65-450, and 67-650), ABRA-FACE® plates are tailored to specific conditions, ranging from standard applications to high-temperature environments.

Advanced wear plate
ABRA-GLIDE®

ABRA-GLIDE® is an innovative plate offering exceptional resistance to wear and impact, with a smooth surface designed to optimize sliding. It incorporates chrome carbide particles in a ductile matrix, ensuring remarkable durability throughout its thickness.

Its smooth surface reduces friction and limits clogging by up to 75%, making ABRA-GLIDE® ideal for demanding industrial applications where performance and efficiency are critical.
